Provide support to deployed customer processing systems, focusing on system operations, troubleshooting and maintenance. Support system integration, upgrade, and deployment activities. Requires periodic on-call support as well as periodic CONUS travel. The candidate should have a BS degree in a technical field EE, CE, or CS. Experience with SIGINT systems or modern telecommunications systems and networks is desired.
Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs; studying requests for proposal (RFPs); attending strategy meetings. Develops proposal by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation; writing, revising, and editing drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials
